Cancellation: In case of cancel binding order from customer side the owner has always claim for damages in form of cancellation fee, whose amount is determined as follows:
1. The abolition of the binding order by customer more than 60 days before arrival is cancellation fee 10 % from total price for accommodation. To the limit of received advance.
2. The abolition of the binding order by customer from 60 to 30 days before arrival is cancellation fee 25 % from total price for accommodation. To the limit of received advance.
3. The abolition of the binding order by customer less than 10 days before arrival is cancellation fee 50 % from total price for accommodation. To the limit of received advance.
Arrivals and departures of customers: Customers can lodge accommodate on day of arrival from 14:00 hours. On the day of departure customers loose the room to 10:00 hours. At departure owner check the status of his equipment and found damage solve its alternative with customers on the spot.
Bail form the stay is 100 €, which is returned after control and at departure from accommodation facilities
